Ensign’s tilters are an economical and nearly labor-free method for unloading Gaylords, bins, boxes, drums, and various other containers. Capable of automatically or manually tilting when the container is approximately half empty, Ensign’s Low Profile Container Tilter can lift up to 1400 lb at 80 psi to a 45 deg angle ensuring all material is evacuated from the container. The tilting pan is slightly elevated off the floor allowing space for a vibrator making it the ideal choice for unloading non-free-flowing materials. The tilting pan pivots on two serviceable and replaceable flanged bearings. Unlike many other tilters on the market, these tilt bearings require very little maintenance and ensure smooth rotation during the entire tilt cycle even years after installation.
