Bulk Bag Unloader with Hopper and Screw Conveyor
This Bulk Bag Unloader was built to avoid interrupted material flow, boosting operator efficiency and allowing for seamless transfer to downstream production processes. With a unique combination of accessories, this unit has been integrated into a system to unload calcium carbonate (CaCO3) from bulk bags with ease. The material will be weighed, moved into a dosing feeder, and mixed with other materials to ultimately produce various pipes and tubing.
The Unloader will discharge supersacks that can hold up to 4,000 lbs. The calcium carbonate is dense and has a tendency to rat-hole, bridge, and agglomerate. With the help of dual massaging paddles and an agitator in the hopper, the “powder-like” material moves freely through our system down to the production line.
