Enclosed Dumper System with Live Bottom Bin & Screw Conveyor
Designed to handle extremely light, non-free-flowing materials, this custom Enclosed Container Dumper System provides a reliable and dust-controlled solution.
After loading a Gaylord box into the dumper, the system automatically lifts, rotates, and seals to a receiving hopper—creating a closed transfer that prevents dust escaping. Integrated pneumatic doors, vibrators, and mechanical agitators ensure consistent material flow, even with lightweight powdered foam as low as 10 lb/ft³.
