Air Turbine Vibrator Assembly for Gaylord Tilters
The Air Turbine Vibrator Assembly for Gaylord Tilters is the ideal solution for encouraging consistent product flow of non-free-flowing materials. This tilter accessory eliminates material bridging and ratholing during the vacuum unloading of material from gaylords, bins, or other portable bulk containers.
This option utilizes the tilter’s existing pneumatic system to deliver compressed air to a high-powered pneumatic vibrator mounted directly to the bucket. It is most effective when installed on our Premier and Low-Profile tilter models. The Air Turbine Vibrator is controlled with a pneumatic hand valve that allows operators to adjust the force of vibration, as required, to obtain complete evacuation of material of even the most challenging powders with limited operator intervention.
