Dual Bulk Bag Filling Station with Cyclone and Diverter
This manually operated bulk filling solution was designed for a client whose process unloads bulk trucks into bulk bags at upwards of 30,000 lbs/hr. Material conveyed into the cyclone moves down through a transition hopper and through a diverter valve into the bulk bags. With multiple bulk bag filling stations, one side can be filled and monitored while another is being unloaded and replaced with a bag to fill.
