Foot Pedal Control Assembly for Gaylord Tilters
The Foot Pedal Control Assembly for Ensign’s Gaylord Tilters offer operators hands-free and remote actuation of any of our Gaylord Tilter models. This optional tilter control feature is aimed at improving operator ergonomics and efficiency to keep your process moving smoothly.
This option can be installed on any of Ensign’s Gaylord Tilters. It is most often used in applications, such as in a manual parts sorting line where operators are utilizing a Side-Load Parts Unloader to unload products onto sorting tables. In this scenario, the operator can have their hands free to access and unload the gaylord/container while adjusting the position of the bucket with the Foot Pedal.
