Four-Corner Bag Massager
It is often a struggle to get stubborn and non-free-flowing material such as powders, flakes and regrinds to consistently discharge out of bulk bags. The Four-Corner Bag Massager is an option that can be added to any of Ensign Equipment’s Bulk Bag Unloading Systems that allows for the discharging of even some of the most difficult-to-move materials. Using four individual massage paddles that raise and lower on opposing corners of the bulk bag, the Four-Corner Bag Massager encourages material to flow toward the discharge chute on a bulk bag and into whatever vessel or downstream process that the Bulk Bag Unloader is discharging into.
