Automated Pallet Destacker & Conveyor System

This system combines an automated Pallet Destacker with a chain-driven live roller (CDLR) conveyor, designed to interface directly with downstream scale and filling equipment. The Destacker automatically dispenses pallets onto the filling station, ensuring consistent positioning and eliminating manual pallet loading. Once filled, the CDLR conveyor transports completed loads into a multi-position accumulation zone, providing controlled time for safe and efficient operator unloading.

By automating pallet staging and conveying, this solution enables higher throughput rates without increasing labor requirements.
