Stainless Steel Bulk Bag Unloader For Non-Free-Flowing Materials
Our team quickly designed and delivered a comprehensive unloading solution by combining many of our standard, configurable options. Our Four-Corner Bag Massager and Electric Vibrator Package mitigates any bridging or ratholing and ensures the consistent flow of material from the Super Sack into the downstream vacuum conveying system. Additionally, a Magnet Filter with high-intensity magnetic cartridges separates any ferrous contaminants from the rest of the material stream.
This system also features an Iris Valve for the safe and efficient untying of the bag, a Material Receiving Hopper with Stainless Steel Material Contact Construction to provide a buffer between the bag and the vacuum conveying system, a Stainless-Steel Manual Slide Shutoff Gate for serviceability, a Vacuum Takeaway Box with Probes for quick hook-up to the customer’s vacuum convey system.
