Three Dumping Stations with Contamination Prevention
For this unique three-station setup, consisting of container dumpers and collection bins, many safety features were included to keep operators safe while transferring decontaminated and properly sized material into a downstream vacuum conveying system.
Dumper features include safety controls for a two-button operation, operator platforms for easy access to bins and controls, and a grated bucket to eliminate material accumulation.
Hopper features include plexiglass windowed covers to view material levels, a debris gate for decontamination and material sizing, an alarm box & level indicators, and a side drain-out valve for hopper cleaning, material changeovers, maintenance, and other purposes.
